I have purchased 3 each Soil Temputere products (as sample) from this company to sell in Australia. After received the products I could not be able to use them.Then I contacted the supplier customer service. I told my problem. They said" To use this product you need another device which is call "ZIGBEE GATEWAY"." I asked them " Why you didn't let me know that this products are integrated products to use them you will be need another device before sold them?" They said" Sorry we missed this point." and offerd me low price to sell another device and free shipping to my shipping agency in China. I felt about this company untrustworthy and I didn't want to work with them longer. Therefore, there is no need purchase another products.When I asked them to refund the products, they said " Send the products to us and we will refund." But they refused to
